在读学生,请依照下列步驟，由本人申请:

1. 经学校班级评选,

2. 校长或教务主管推荐,

3. 报成都分会初审，

4. 再由奖学金评审委员会复审。

每年均可申请，但每个阶段（如：小学、中学和大学）只能通过评选获得一次奖学金；已经申请并获得尹静夫奖学金的的学生不得再次申请尹集成奖学金，即两者不能同时申请.

Students in school may apply for the Yin Education scholarships by following steps:

1. Recommendation by her/his class teacher, or recommendation by school administration or principal.

2. Submit application online for preliminary review, screening and interview by Yin Education Foundation Chengdu staff.

3. After initial screening by Chengdu staff, applications will be forwarded to the US staff for final review and decision.

Please submit your application by April 30, 2024.  Please also have your teacher to submit their recommendation byApril 30, 2024.

Student may apply every year, but can only be a recipient once within each of the 4 categories (primary, junior high, high school, university/graduate school).  Also, recipients of the Yin Education Foundation award cannot apply for the CC Yin Education Foundation. In summary, students can not simultaneously apply to both scholarships.
