Education is an empowering force. We, the members of the Yin family, have been given the gift of education and want to pay-forward this gift to other Yin family members who may be rich with talent and hard-work but in need of financial assistance.
教育是一個推動力.我們在海外的尹氏家族成員,已經獲贈了教育的洗禮，願意將這禮物分享給其他有天份及勤奮但需要資金幫助的家鄉尹氏家族成員.
The Yin Education Foundation was started in 1990 by Yin family siblings as a way to commemorate their father's, Mr. Yin, belief that education was the key to empowerment. Born in Chengdu, China and Taiwan, the Yin family siblings immigrated to the United States in 1960s and 1970s and became leaders in their community and industry. Now with second and third generation Yins, the Yin Education Foundation is reaching out to help lift up students in rural Chengdu/Chongqing area through educational scholarships.
尹氏教育基金起源於1990年.是尹家兄弟姐妺為紀念父親 尹靜夫先生的信念- 教育是推動力的關健.尹家兄弟姐妺分別生於中國成都及台灣1960-1970 年陸續移居美國後己成為當地社區及其行業的先鋒.
現在, 尹氏教育基金會与尹家的第二,三代成員正將教育基金推廣到
四川重慶鄉村地區去協助提拔學生.

Our board oversees all the foundation and scholarship efforts. Based in San Francisco and Chengdu, the committee meets regularly to ensure that all aspects of our scholarship are performed efficiently and to facilitate cross-continent communication and activities.
